Submersible Duct Units feature medical-grade closed cell foam to seal the probe insertion hole and to absorb vibration. Mounting tabs allow for easy installation directly to the wall of the duct. All units have etched Teflon leadwires and double encapsulated sensors to create a watertight package that can withstand high humidity and condensation and perform under real world conditions.
BAPI offers Submersible Duct Units in proble lengths of 12”, 18”, 24”, 36” and 48” to accommodate most duct shapes and sizes. Custom probe lengths are also available.

Enclosure Styles
Submersible Duct Units come standard with a 2”x4” steel J-Box but are also available with no box or three styles of enclosure: Weatherproof (WP), Weather Tight (EU) or BAPI-Box (BB). The metal WP enclosure carries a NEMA 3R rating, while the ABS polymer EU carries an IP66 rating and is available in a UV-resistant material (EUO). The BAPI-Box (BB) is made of UV-resistant polycarbonate and carries an IP66 rating. BAPI also offers optional liquid-tight fittings. Click here for a comparison of BAPI enclosure styles.

BAPI Sealant Filled Connectors Our Sealant Filled Connectors contain a moisture-excluding sealant which encapsulates the electrical connection and adds an extra layer of protection against moisture and oxidation. For more info, see the Accessories Section.

Hex Head & Pan Head Screws & Wall Anchors These 1.5” stainless steel #10 screws and nylon wall mounting anchors are used to attach the BAPI-Box or BAPI-Guards to drywall, sheet metal, wood or concrete walls. The screws and anchors are sold in packs of 100.
