Why doesn’t BAPI have Material Safety Data Sheets (MSDS) for their products?
The United States Occupational Health and Safety Administration (OSHA) only requires MSDS documentation for products that contain hazardous chemicals. As defined by OSHA Standard 1910.1200 (the OSHA Haz-com standard), a hazardous chemical is one which is a physical hazard or a health hazard.
None of BAPI’s products contain hazardous chemicals so we are not required by OSHA standards to provide MSDS documentation.
If you have any questions, please contact your BAPI representative.
